The Moon immerses itself in the Pleaids and then “kisses” Jupiter, let’s not miss these two romantic evenings

From tonight eyes rolling for two consecutive nights: on December 13th we will admire the Moon-Pleiades conjunctionwhile tomorrow 14 December the “kiss” Moon-Jupiter. If the weather is kind, both events will be perfect visible to the naked eye. Don’t miss it!

As the UAI explains, on the evening of December 13th the Moon, two days after the Full phase, will be the protagonist of a very close encounter with the star cluster of Pleiadesin the constellation of Taurus (on the map il sky of December 13, 2024 at approximately 12.00).

Among other things – we never tire of saying it – the Pleiades I am one show on their own: in fact the star cluster, far from sources of light pollution (which is actually becoming a huge problem), shows us up to 12 stars and in any case, if the weather is kind, it is not difficult to count 4 or 5 even in the city.

As for the Moon, well, it will be wonderful, just two days into the full phase: December 15th is in fact expected Moon of the long nightsthe splendid moon that welcomes winter.

And it doesn’t end here, because tomorrow evening 14 December we will be able to admire the conjunction between the almost full Moon and the planet Jupiter, still in the constellation of Taurus (in the map the sky of December 14, 2024 at approximately 9.00 pm).

Two unmissable romantic evenings!
