The success of the Dubai chocolatethe super viral bar on Tiktok made of crunchy kataifi pasta, pistachio and chocolate inspired by the Arabic Knafeh dessert, does not stop. But now there is a novelty: the Chocolate Dubai changes shape and It turns into ice cream.
The Official debut in the United States is the work of Afters Ice CreamCalifornian brand famous for its eccentric tastes, which launched a ice cream version called Dubai Chocolate Bar Ice Cream. The product will be sold exclusively in Costco stores, the American wholesale spending giant.

How much it costs and where to find it
The Dubai Chocolate Bar Ice Cream will be sold In packs of 10 pieces to about 17.99 dollars. A figure that for Costco is above average, but still much more accessible than the approximately 18 dollars for single bar that are paid in Dubai for the original product.
The launch has already started in mid -April in some selected Costa of the United States, and the national distribution is underway. The strategy? Focusing everything on social virality: ice cream was previewed at the Coachella Festival 2025, an ideal place to unleash the posts and the Reels on Instagram and Tiktok.

Not only in the USA
Even in the United Kingdom, the Chocolate Dubai arrives in supermarkets in the form of ice cream. Beyond, The international discount chain has made it known that it is available from April 14 in the UK stores, the new Get ice cream, sold at £ £ £ £ 500 ml.
The version of Aldi proposes a ice cream that combines chocolate and pistachio, enriched by a crunchiness similar to that of the wafer, perfect for those looking for a more accessible and less expensive reinterpretation of the trend.
And in Italy?
For now, in Italy there is no official distribution of any ice cream among those inspired by Dubai chocolate. But also in our country something moves: during the last Sigep 2025 (the International Gelateria and Pastry Show), some ice cream base suppliers presented new preparations inspired by the Chocolate Dubai, with kataifi pasta and pistachio between the key ingredients.
Given the trend, we believe it will not take much, before seeing Italian ice cream parlors (especially the most “commercial” ones), proposing a “dubai dubai” taste.
