From the Ministry of Health comes the precaution of several lots of sweet truffles for salmonella risk.
These are the brands Sal de Ibiza, Viani and ancient Piedmontese Torteria, all made by goodies since 1885 srl.
The manufacturer has in fact reported the microbiological risk linked to the possible presence of Salmonella in some lots of chocolates. Specifically, these are sweet truffles marketed with the Sal de Ibiza brands, Viani, ancient Piedmontese torteria, as well as packs sold with anonymous assignment.

All the products involved have been made by the Golità Company since 1885 srl, at the factory in via Piana Gallo 48, in Grinzane Cavour, in the province of Cuneo.
The call has been arranged for precautionary purposes and, as always in these cases, it is recommended not to consume the products concerned and to return them to the store.
