Ferrero alert: more than 10 lots of the Nutella ice cream Ice Cream recalled

The Nutella Ice Cream Potice cream based on hazelnut cream produced by Ferrero, has quickly become one of the best -selling products in the packaged dessert segment. This is a great commercial success that also obtained recognition as “best ice cream of the year 2025”. But despite popularity, there were no problems. What happened? In the last few hours Ferrero has started the call of some packs of Nutella Ice Cream.

The alert concerns 11 lots sold in packs of 230 grams and the call was necessary due to theabsence of the list of ingredients in Italian on the labels. An indication that, by law, is mandatory to report, to guarantee transparency and safety, in particular for those suffering from food allergies.

The lots of Nutella Ice Cream affected by the call

Here are the lots recalled:

The call has been reported by several supermarket chains, including Coop, Decò and Esselungawho promptly removed the products from the shelves. Ferrero Commercial Italia Srl has made available the list of ingredients in Italian on its official website and through a dedicated toll -free number (800 909690).

It should be remembered that this is not the first call of this type: in June 2024 Ferrero had already withdrawn a lot of Nutella Ice Cream Pot for the same motivation, among other things just a few days after the official launch of the product.
