The test results reveal some interesting surprises. If you are looking for the best quality-price ratio, Eurospin with his glaciers sweeting It stands permanently in the top positions, offering acceptable products at competitive prices.
Coop dominates the ranking with his assorted glaciers, while Carrefour A reliable choice is confirmed for those looking for variety and availability. Also Esselunga It offers discreet options, especially with its sorbets.
Because no ice cream completely convinces
Despite the variety of choice, no product really reaches excellence. All the ice-analyzed iceboats are placed in the “acceptable” band (40-59 points out of 100), without ever touching the “good” or “very good” judgment.
The main critical issues found are the high sugar content (despite the few calories, on average 37-50 kcal per portion), the presence of additives and dyes classified as “tolerable” or “not very recommendable”, and a rather high degree of transformation with ingredients such as glucose and maltodextrine syrup.
