Daughter of an Air Force officer and meteorologist, who had sent him that passion, Claudia Adamo had graduated in the physics of the atmosphere from the University of Tor Vergata in Rome and then moved to Ferrara for a doctorate. For about 10 years he has worked in Skytg24, also dealing with extreme weather phenomena and natural disasters. In 2018 he had landed in Rai, taking on the role of Rai Meteo Manager. During his career he collaborated with theInstitute of atmosphere and climate of the CNR, with NASA and Legambiente.

It was Claudia Adamo who had the intuition of Green weatherthe first weather designed for the boys. The program, which made its debut in 2020, on Rai Gulp, is characterized by a fresh and engaging style and is enriched with clips of young researchers and meteorologists who also deepen the 17 objectives of the UN Agenda 2030. That idea worked and just a few months ago Claudia Adam had announced the beginning of the fifth edition of Green Weather on social networks, remembering: “I thought of it for my kids who have grown up now”.

Claudia Adamo was aware that the new generations pay the consequences of the climatic crisis and it was for this reason that it had created a program for them.
