Preparation

Start while stirring the egg whites with the sugar and a pinch of salt until they are swollen and shiny. Add the slightly beaten yolks and incorporate them with delicate movements from the bottom up. At this point add sifted flour and cocoa, always carefully so as not to disassemble the mixture, and finally pour the oil flush by mixing flat.

Cover a 20 × 30 cm pan with parchment paper, pour the dough and level it well. Bake in a preheated static oven at 180 ° for about 15 minutes, then take outflow, turn the biscuit pasta on another sheet of parchment paper and seal it with plastic wrap. Let it cool like this will remain soft and elastic.

In the meantime, put the gelatin to soak in cold water. Whip the cream and in a bowl mix the honey with half of the condensed milk. Heat the other half, melt the well squeezed gelatin and, once warm, add everything to the mix of honey and milk. Gently incorporate the whipped cream until a smooth and soft cream is obtained.

Take the biscuit pasta, remove the film and divide it in half on the long side, trimming the edges with a sharp knife. Spread the cream on one of the two half, leveling it well, then cover with the other side and wrap the dessert in plastic wrap. Leave to rest in the refrigerator at least 4 hours, so the cream will have time to firm up.

After the rest time, cut some rectangles about 4-5 cm wide and serve your delicious slices with homemade milk, ready to conquer young and old.
