Altroconsumo analyzed around 120 cereal bars, considering ingredients, nutritional values and overall quality. The evaluation takes multiple factors into account to offer a score from 0 to 100.

The products were purchased in supermarkets and discount stores in March 2025 and classified into score bands: Very good (80-100), Good (60-79), Acceptable (40-59), Poor (20-39) and Very poor (0-19).
