In 2025, All’Antico Vinaio reaches the milestone of 50 stores in the world and chooses to share the results with those who contribute to its success on a daily basis: its employees. The founder, Tommaso Mazzanti, has in fact announced the 2026 welfare plan, which provides up to 3,000 euros for each collaborator of the group. The initiative represents a concrete recognition of the work and dedication of the staff, communicated directly during the end-of-year meeting and welcomed with long applause by those present.
Compared to the previous year, the number of employees who will benefit from the welfare plan increased by 27.5%, reflecting the continuous growth of the brand. The financial bonus comes alongside an additional week of paid holidays for all permanent employees, an initiative designed to enhance personal well-being and promote a more sustainable balance between professional and private life.
The trip to the United States for 8 employees
In addition to economic benefits and extra holidays, the 2026 welfare plan includes a special experience for eight employees: an incentive trip to the United States linked to the opening of the new store in Miami. During this week, those selected will have the opportunity to participate in the inauguration activities, explore the city and share exclusive moments with Mazzanti, strengthening the sense of belonging and bond with the company.
Tommaso Mazzanti underlined how the growth of All’Antico Vinaio has always been thought of as a collective path, where economic results are combined with attention to people. Welfare, therefore, is not just a financial recognition, but a concrete way to say thank you to those who contribute every day to the success of the brand, enhancing passion, dedication and teamwork.
An Italian excellence in the world
Founded in 1991 in Florence by the Mazzanti family, All’Antico Vinaio is today a point of reference for international street food. Its “La Favolosa” flatbread was recognized as one of the best sandwiches in the world by Saveur and, in 2014, the Florentine restaurant was the most reviewed on TripAdvisor. Tommaso Mazzanti, awarded by Forbes Italia as one of the 100 Top Managers 2025, leads the group with a model that combines international expansion and staff development.
