Yet another, great, great recognition for Pizzaut. In 2025, the title of most loved restaurant by Italians according to TheFork goes to PizzAut Monza, which rises to the top step of the ranking after third place last year. A result built over time and certified by the numbers: 17,000 reviews and an average score of 9.8, the result of assessments that take into account quality, bookings, visits and continuity of performance over a twelve-month period. TheFork Top 100, based on measurable and transparent criteria, thus photographs a success that comes from the bottom, directly from customer experience.

A project that goes beyond the plate
The recognition obtained by PizzAut does not just concern the kitchen. The project founded by Nico Acampora has over the years become a symbol of inclusion, dignity and autonomy through work. Autistic boys and girls work in PizzAut restaurants, trained to become catering professionals, in a context that enhances skills and builds a future. A social value that customers perceive and reward, without however ever ignoring the quality of the gastronomic experience.
As Acampora himself underlines, PizzAut is first and foremost a business. Pizza and cuisine are central, as is attention to hospitality, atmosphere, the human relationship between staff and customers and a well-kept location. Elements that blend into a complete experience, capable of nourishing body and soul. It is no coincidence that PizzAut Cassina de’ Pecchi also appears in the Top 100, placing fifth and confirming the solidity of the model.
A shared success
Behind the first place there is above all the daily work of 40 autistic kids, who transformed a challenge into competence and pride. The result is not just an award, but the demonstration that a different restaurant idea can work, be loved and become a national reference.
The photography of Italian restaurants
The Top 100 2025 tells of a rich and inclusive Italian restaurant industry, with a strong presence of regional cuisines and pizzerias, which represent around 90% of the ranking. The geographical distribution rewards the North, but also highlights the vitality of the Center and the South. Tuscany, Lombardy and Lazio lead the regional ranking, while Piedmont, Campania and Sicily confirm a varied and dynamic panorama. In this context, PizzAut emerges as an example of how social impact and professional excellence can coexist.
