DIY Christmas decorations with cookie cutters: 5 (unexpected) ideas that release magic

We usually use molds to bake delicious Christmas biscuits, but the original molds hide completely unexpected creative potential. All it takes is a pinch of creativity (and the right ideas to draw inspiration from) to transform them into garlands, candle holders, tree decorations and much more.

Garland

Collect some molds and tie them with thin wire, one after the other, around a long Christmas ribbon, to form a beautiful garland.

Window decoration

If you want to enhance the kitchen windows, hang the shapes on the curtain rod using ribbons of various colors and of various lengths.

Star

What Christmas would it be without a beautiful star? You can make it by joining star-shaped molds with hot glue. Between one and the other add small red and white checked bows or the color you want.

Candle holder

Take a horse-shaped cookie cutter, stick a small candle holder on top and add a few sprigs of faux pine. Glue the mold onto a rigid base, so as not to let it fall.

Christmas lids

Do you want to give a Christmas touch to the kitchen? Customize jar lids with cookie cutters by attaching them to the top with hot glue. Tie some velvet ribbons around the jars to make a nice bow.

Suspended candelabra

If you have a suspended candelabra and want to give it a touch of originality, nothing better than enhancing it with biscuit molds of various shapes.

Decorations for the tree

The cookie cutters can also be used as Christmas tree decorations, simply hang them on the branches with Christmas ribbons.

But if you want, you can also enhance them by attaching small decorations inside.
