How to prepare banana peel biscuits with the Thermomix
To start, the hazelnuts must be placed in the Thermomix jug: 10 seconds at speed 10 and a perfect grain is ready to immediately put aside.

Next, add the well-washed banana peels (please choose organic ones!), the butter and the two sugars into the bowl. Cook everything for 4 minutes at 100°C.

At this point, let the mixture cool slightly and prepare the trays. Then put the chopped hazelnuts back into the bowl together with the flour, bicarbonate of soda, egg and a pinch of salt.

Finally, the chocolate chips are delicately incorporated with the spatula, allowing the mixture to blend perfectly.

At this point, form small balls with two teaspoons and arrange them on the baking trays. A quick bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 12 minutes and the biscuits are ready.
