Ingredients and preparation of the Chocolate Dubai

To prepare this sweet delicacy, few ingredients are needed, but all of high quality. Here’s what you will need:

Procedure

Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave. When ready, pour it into the mold by covering both the bottom and the walls. Take the mold to distribute the chocolate uniformly. Remove the excess and refrigerate for about half an hour, or in the freezer for shorter times.

Cut the kataifi pasta into slices and gently unroll it. Cook it in a non -stick pan over medium heat for about 5 minutes, mixing frequently until it becomes golden and crunchy. Once ready, put it in a bowl and let it cool.

Once the kataifi pasta has cooled, mix it with the pistachio or hazelnut cream, and add, if you wish, the tahini sauce. Mix well.

Distribute the filling of pasta and cream in the mold, above the chocolate already hardened. Put in the fridge or freezer for 15-30 minutes.

Once the filling has solidified, pour the remaining chocolate melted above, trying to obtain a thin and uniform layer. Put in the fridge for at least a couple of hours, better if you prepare it in the evening to enjoy it the next day.

When ready, remove the chocolate from the mold and cut it into pieces. Before eating it, let it rest for 10-15 minutes at room temperature to better enhance the flavor.

How to keep it

If not consumed immediately, the chocolate dubai can be stored at room temperature, provided that it does not make too hot. If you prefer, you can also keep it in the fridge, but remember that it must be left at room temperature for a few minutes before being eaten, to fully enjoy its consistency and flavor.
