A few hours before going on stage in Calata Gadda to inflame the Porto Antico audience during the Altraonda Festival, the Salento singer Emma Marrone chose to give her most precious time to those who face much more complex challenges. Accepting Don Roberto Fiscer’s invitation, the well-known artist went on a private visit to the Giannina Gaslini Institute in Genoa, transforming the usual pre-show process into an extraordinary moment of human sharing. Without haste and away from the spotlight of gossip, the singer remained for over two hours inside the pediatric facility, crossing with great delicacy the Neuro-Gastro Platform, the Neurosurgery, the Orthopedics and the area reserved for Bone Marrow Transplant.

The meeting continued with a meaningful stop at the Radio Fra le Note station, the internal broadcasting company animated weekly by the young patients of the facility. Here the artist stopped to chat with the kids, signing autographs and taking souvenir photos in an atmosphere of contagious serenity.
