How the investigation was conducted

It emerged that the quality of the narrative is a decisive factor, with many users who have abandoned listening to because of unpleasant or artificial voices. Although the item generated by artificial intelligence is growing technology, it is not yet appreciated by the majority of listeners.
The investigation also found that the daily use of audiobooks is still limited (only 90 users listen to them every day), but the majority uses them at least once a week, often in the evening, as if it were a traditional book before sleeping.
