From the analcolic concentration camp: do you know how many warmth has a beer? The answer is not so obvious

What’s better than an icy beer on super sultry summer evenings? It is no coincidence that it is among the most loved drinks ever. If until some time ago the acol was consumed more lightly, in recent years, however, there is a greater awareness of the consumption of alcoholic beverages (especially since the WHO has put black on white that the acol is carcinogenic).

And those who are attentive to the line try not to exceed, also because many beer immediately inflates. But how many calories does this drink contain on average? The answer depends on the type of beer chosen. On the occasion of the world day dedicated to this drink, let’s clarify.

“The calories of the beer come from two components: alcohol and carbohydrates (starches and sugars from non -fermented cereals) – clarifies Dr. Tricia Leininger, dietician at L’Aallenle Hospital Nutrition Center – These are mainly influenced by alcoholic content. Chiara beer has fewer calories because it has a lower alcoholic content”.

More specifically, the caloric and alcoholic content (ABV – Alcohol by Volume) varies significantly based on the type.

If you think beer helps to fight dehydration, you are wrong

Even if you like, beer – like all other alcoholic beverages – should be drunk in moderation. It is also widespread belief that drinks such as beer are useful for combating dehydration, especially in summer. In reality it is not so, as doctors explain. Birra, in fact, contains alcohol, a substance that promotes vasodilation and therefore increases the loss of liquids.

A similar speech is valid for Coca-Cola, which contains caffeine and sugar, not suitable in case of dehydration. Water, on the other hand, is the only drink that helps prevent vagal hypertone, reducing the risks of lowering the pressure and increased heartbeat.
