“The Artist Gallery Awards” celebrate the wonders of the world by offering various competitions each year aimed at professional and amateur photographers: ranging from flora to fauna, from architecture to street photography.
The 2024 edition saw the participation of photographers from all over the world and rewarded, as always, the best shots of the different sections in the competition. Today we want to focus on the “Wildlife” category, which saw the triumph of the wonderful leopard hidden among the bushes of Turgay Uze, intent on controlling the moves of its prey.

In second place we find “Free Ride” by Randall Ball, who portrayed a puppy being carried by its mother.

In third place is “First Stream Scorpio” by Avilash Ghosh: the photograph portrays a scorpion in search of prey, wandering among the desert dunes in the middle of the night.

What we have seen so far are the top three, but there has been no shortage of special mentions. It is worth admiring some of these shots because they are shockingly beautiful, starting from the sweet photograph of a fox cub next to his dad in the middle of a field of wild flowers. The photo is titled “A Kiss for Poppa” and was taken by Alicia Barrett.
Alicia Barrett also entered the charts with another shot entitled “Early Bird Gets… the spider”, in which a bird observes a spider’s web.
“HOME” by Paul Eijkemans portrays a clownfish hidden in an anemone. The colors are spectacular.
“Gelada Monkey on the Roof of Africa” by Turgay Uzer portrays the Gelada baboon, a large monkey endemic to Ethiopia. These baboons spend the night on the steep cliffs of the canyons to protect themselves from leopards.
The last special mention we want to show you is “Morning Glow” by Barbara Case: the protagonist is a coastal brown bear from Alaska, illuminated by the rays of the morning sun.
