The fusion between nature and innovation is generating extraordinary solutions to address the environmental and social challenges of our time. Two active emblematic projects are examples of this: HASA (Bee Hospital) and the Canopy Labboth designed to support biodiversity and promote one sustainable development through respect and collaboration with nature and local communities.
HASA: a refuge for the bees of the Amazon
HASA is dedicated to care and conservation of Amazonian beesfundamental for the biodiversity of the rainforest. This project goes beyond simple recovery: it is a living laboratory that transforms the jungle into a place of healing and innovation.
Bees, which are often threatened by climate change and human activities, find here a safe haven. HASA doesn’t just protect these vital creatures, it also promotes raising awareness of their ecological functionssuch as pollination, which is essential for the health of ecosystems.
After a period of care, the bees come reintegrated into safe habitats or entrusted to beekeepers who respect animal welfare standards. This model, in the pilot phase, aims to educate the public about the importance of bees and reduce human-wildlife conflicts in cities.

Canopy Lab: innovation serving the rainforest
The Canopy Lablocated in the Ecuadorian Amazon, is an innovation laboratory dedicated to valorisation of local resources through collaboration with indigenous communities. This space acts as a bridge between ancestral knowledge and modern technologies, developing sustainable products that respond to global market demands.
Thanks to a participatory approach, the laboratory creates innovative prototypes, such as fermented foods and other solutions based on the natural treasures of the forestguaranteeing added value for local producers and the protection of ecosystems.
