This unique project, called B-home studiowas born from the creativity of Matt Buaan artist and manufacturer who in the last twenty years has transformed a plot of 10 hectares into a real work of habitable art.

Bua bought the land in 2006 for 32,000 euros, with a clear idea in mind: to build as many homes as possible using only materials found. The only exception? Fixing systems, such as screws and nails. Since then, with the help of occasional friends and collaborators, he has created over 30 structures, each with an original design and a particular story.

Among the most iconic buildings of the B-Home Studio stands out the “Tower of LP Power”, A two -storey building entirely covered with old vinylsand the “Cicada house”, An underground refuge made with Earth bags. There is also a small Tudor style churchfurnished with benches, and one hut With a fairytale flavor, equipped with a wood stove, where Bua himself lived for a period. Today, however, the artist resides with his family in the nearby town of Paleville.

The price is 261,000 euros

After almost two decades of experimentation and construction, Bua decided that the time has come to turn the page. The desire to lighten his financial load, combined with the increase in taxes on property, pushed him to Put the B-HOME STUDIO for sale. The figure required for this corner of creativity outside the box is 269,000 dollars (about 261,000 euros).

The real estate agent who deals with the sale, John Iconomou, confirms that the artist can’t wait to pass the witness to someone ready to carry on his vision.

Matt Bua therefore leaves his village with the hope that the new owner knows how to appreciate his eclectic character and the profound respect for the environment. Anyone who decides to buy it will not only get a piece of land, but an authentic work of living artdestined to transform over time.
