Beautiful, instructive and cruelty-free: Lego announces the new ‘Tropical Aquarium’ set, the only aquarium we like. There are over 4000 bricks, 4154 to be exact, and it could really be a teaching tool too. But unfortunately the price is definitely not within everyone’s reach, 499.99 euros.
The assembled set is 36cm high, 52cm wide and 28cm deep, effectively a small display cabinet, which builders can also expand with the additional Fish Filter and Food free set, which however is only available for purchases between 13 and 19 November, and only while stocks last.

Designed with craftsmanship and attention to detail, this set invites builders to explore the beauty of marine life through the infinite possibilities offered by LEGO bricks – writes the company in a statement – You can twist the knobs and turn the levers to animate swimming fish, swinging corals, a crab emerging from an underwater cave and an opening treasure chest. The set includes four fish models and features a variety of plants and corals, sea worms, a pearl oyster shell, sea snails and air bubbles. All elements that come to life in a dynamic and interactive construction

Really gorgeous, but unfortunately not for everyone.
