Yoga, meditation and natural wellbeing: Holistica e Benessere, the healthy living fair, returns to Mestre

On 11 and 12 April 2026, Olistica e Benessere returns, the fair for healthy living and holistic knowledge which last year recorded an excellent response from the public. Two days dedicated to natural well-being, holistic disciplines and personal growth, with a program full of activities, conferences and practical workshops open to all.

The event takes place in Forte Marghera in Mestre, one of the most evocative historical spaces in the Venetian area: a large nineteenth-century structure immersed in greenery and surrounded by water canals, today transformed into a cultural hub. A perfect context for an event dedicated to wellbeing, where nature and architecture meet.

What to do at the fair: conferences, workshops and exhibition area

Holistica e Benessere is not just a fair to look at, but a space to experiment directly. The program includes conferences with industry experts on topics such as personal growth, natural health, meditation, spirituality and energy disciplines. Moments of in-depth analysis designed to offer new points of view on psychophysical well-being.

Alongside the theoretical meetings, visitors can participate in experiential workshops: practical opportunities to try disciplines such as yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, sound relaxation, awareness techniques and energetic movement. All activities are led by qualified operators and accessible to those who visit the fair.

The exhibition area hosts around 50 exhibitors including holistic operators, wellness professionals and industry players. They range from holistic disciplines and naturopathy to natural and innovative cosmetics, from organic food to artisanal objects, up to wellness tourism and training schools. The stands are an opportunity to directly meet those who work in the sector, discover natural products and receive information on courses and treatments.

Programs already online and constantly updated

The complete list of exhibitors, the conference program and the workshop calendar are already available on the official website of the event. The contents are constantly updated and will be enriched in the coming weeks with new activities and new operators.

The fair is designed both for those who are already passionate about the sector and for those approaching the world of holistic disciplines for the first time. The goal is to create a space for meeting, discovery and discussion, where you can learn about new practices in an accessible and barrier-free way.
