Ingredients (for 6 popsicles)
Preparation
Cut the melon in half, remove internal filaments and seeds and peel it. Once you have removed the peel, cut it into pieces. Transfer the melon pieces to a blender and add the agave syrup or stevia, a spoonful of lemon juice and the water and blend until you obtain a smooth, creamy mixture. Now all that remains is to pour everything into popsicle moulds.
Store in the freezer for about half an hour. Take them out and add the wooden sticks and place them back in the freezer for at least 4 hours. Before consuming them you can run a little warm water on the outside of the molds to remove them more easily!
