Rome is dressed in spring. With the arrival of March, one of the most anticipated events from lovers of nature and photography also returns: the reopening of Tulipark, the Dutch garden in the heart of the capital, who from March 18 will welcome visitors again among its immense expanses of colored tulips.
A million flowers will blur along the vialetti del Park, giving an extraordinary glance. There is no need to take a flight to Amsterdam: just cross the gates of this corner of Holland to find themselves immersed in an enchanting atmosphere, between the scent of the petals and the slight rustle of the leaves in the wind.
An experience to live and take home
In addition to enjoying the beauty of the place, tulips can be collected in Tulipark, choosing from over 100 different varieties. In fact, the park follows the U-Pick philosophy, allowing visitors to create personalized bouquets to take away with them, while the bulbs are cut and intended for charity, donated to schools and institutes for new plants.

Walking through the flowers is a pleasure for the eyes and for the soul, but respect for nature is fundamental: no trampled flowers, no abandoned waste, and if your four -legged friend accompanies you, better to have a leash and bags in hand!
An event that lasts a few weeks
Spring is upon us, Tulipark is ready to give new emotions!
However, those who want to immerse themselves in a sea of colors, fill up with beauty and take home a little, will only have a month to do it.
Tulipark’s opening period is in fact short, between March and April, and depends on the climatic conditions. Every year, the park team works tirelessly to plant new bulbs and guarantee spectacular flowering. Then, after a few weeks of magic, the curtain falls again, leaving room for the preparation of the following season. Better not to miss the opportunity!

For those who want to visit the park, the headquarters are located in Rome, in via dei Gordiani 73. We remind you that on the official website of the park it is possible to book and consult information on the costs and concessions for families.
