Easter tree
The tradition of the Easter tree is widespread in various parts of the world, but its origins can be traced back to Germany, where it is called Ostereierbaum. Right here, in 1965, Volker Kraft, a citizen of Saalfeld, began hanging eggs on the branches of an apple tree located in his garden, continuing to fill it year after year until he reached 10,000 eggs in total.
You don’t need to replicate the Kraft tree, but it might be nice to decorate one by hanging some colored eggs on the branches.
Or you can recover some branches, put them in a nice vase, hang the eggs and place the vase in front of the entrance door.
Easter wreath for the door
Create a beautiful garland by weaving flexible twigs, add a little moss here and there and finally some paper carrots.
By weaving the branches you can also create a rabbit-shaped garland, to be embellished with a beautiful bow and seasonal flowers.
Easter suitcase
